Playmates Diving – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Playmates! By enrolling in our diving courses or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Courses and Services

Playmates offers diving courses, guided dives, and underwater experiences in Turkey. All activities are led by certified instructors with safety as our top priority.

2. Booking and Payment

• Course bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.
• Prices are in Turkish Lira (₺) and listed per course or package.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm enrollment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund.
• Special packages or group bookings may have different policies – please check at the time of booking.

4. Health and Safety

• Divers must provide accurate health information before courses.
• Playmates reserves the right to deny participation if health or safety risks are identified.

5. Liability

• Playmates is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions or personal items lost during diving.
• All divers must follow instructor guidance and safety protocols.

6. Privacy and Data

• Your personal information is securely stored and used only for course management and communication.

7. Changes to Terms

Playmates may update these terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
